Well week one is over, I had a little problem with the wife throwing out my maxes that I realized day 1 of cycle so had to guess what I didn't remember. I am up to 180 from 172 on Mon when I started. Feeling great and loving working out full body 3 times a week,
1 question though, If I have a problem hitting my 15 reps on any certain exersize should I stay at the same weight the next workout or continue climbing, Again I guessed some of my maxes and after competeing 3 full bodywork out I'm not thinking I'm going to be able to continue at 15 reps throughout the next 3 weeks adding 5pds each time. So increase weight and do what I can, or lower weight till I can do 15 reps?
