Good point. I always hear these stories of bodybuilders huffing and puffing just from walking around like they're in such terrible shape. If they are in such bad shape how the heck do they do twenty rep squats with hundreds of pounds when the average person who doesn't do any exercises can't even do their own body weight squats for ten reps? I mean, if walking is such a strain for these bodybuilders how the heck can they work out with any intensity? I read where someone witnessed Coleman walked out into the parking lot with a 315 barbell on his neck and did lunges up and down the parking lot.
