jaw pumps? (another boring thread)

ok, maybe not pollworthy, but........

while on, does anyone get bad jaw pumps when eating? especially when eating cereal, my jaw explodes......

Nope... I do get shin pumps and lower back pumps just from standing around

Nope. Ever since I started keeping my water intake at around 2 gallons a day no painful pumps at all.

the worst of the pumps... but its well worth in imo... no jaw pumps here.. only if im nawing on jerky for a half hour.
