I'm buried right now with school work and I played an hour of Sid Meir's Alpha Centauri tonight. I haven't had time to keep up on the latest strat titles. Visiting some old games with good design can be fun. Alpha Centauri is one of my favorites...

Never played it. Looks good though. Maybe I will just brake down and get world of war craft. I have been hold off on it though.

It's from 1999...old school..if you get a copy I can PM you on how to run it on modern machines. I also heard, "World of Warcraft" can be addictive....but I'm not a virtual role player.

it's like watching a movie.

I wouldn't go the "MMO" route with WoW; baby sucked up 3 years of my free time

Warhammer Online releases retail in 2 days time in the US. Technically not as addictive as WoW as it's player versus player orientated rather than "raiding" in WoW.
