When I pay for three day shipping I would really really like my product to be here within three days. The UPS guy just drove right by my house.
 
You should really PM him for this type of stuff. He is a good guy and USPS can be really wacky sometimes with they way they ship stuff.
 
Bro we have been moving our store into a much bigger location 3 hours north of Miami and will take care of all our customers with any shipping delays like we always do with free product.
 
Package I purchased 3 day shipping with on 10/17 came in today(10/31)with neither the "extra bottle of Cyclobolan" you promised me or the "tons of free samples".


I still haven't even received an email confirming shipment of my second order with you guys(1 bottle of CEL M-Drol). That order was placed 10 days ago and still has not even been processed.


Order numbers are 081017-211128-3856 and 081021-140823-7594.


So far my experience with JAM has been terrible. I did hand the website out to a few people when I first placed my order but that practice will be no more.


1/5 stars. You get one because shit...at least I have what I ordered, even if it is 11 days late.

He changed store locations bro. He has been in absolutely "panic" trying to get his new store set up and still fill orders for a lot of people including myself. Have some understanding and some patience. My last order, order on October 7th got here yesterday is all(That's 23 days). My other 5 orders have arrived in 3 days tops and I live on the other side of the country.






I can vouch for JAM. He's been really great for the members here. Right now, he is overbooked to the max and you just have to understand that and accept the delay. Send him a PM and get it sorted out with your 3-day shipping stuff. He will set things straight for you.
 
I see no problem with posting an experience like he has had. It let's the members know what's the scoop, and how the sponsor can improve. The sponsor is here for us to give us a great service. In return, they recieve our business. If a dissatisfied customer wants to post his experience, then let him. It will encouarge the sponsors to be more on top even in hard situations. Still, JAM has been busting his hump for the members here, and dissatisfied cutomers need to be express their concerns maturely.


Even OMEGA had shipping delays with my stuff once because his network computers crashed and he couldn' take or fill orders for a few days. Crap happens, and OMEGA made good on that.


I was honestly frustrated that my stuff as long as it did, but I knew it was coming and JAM is super overbooked to be able to fill and ship every single order the same day it is placed. I just waited patiently, and it go there when it did. He made it right even with some free goods. No complaints here.

Legalsteroids got their own dedicated thread of complete bashing from us, and they are a sponsor. Members won't be hushed here for having complaints as long as they do it maturely and it is warranted.



JAM is legit though, and a great asset and resource for the members here. I really enjoy his products and his service.


And I'm not trying to just sweep this under the rug and pretend like shiping delays are okay when someone paid for 3-dy shipping and didn't recieve 3-day shipping. That definitely needs to be resolved either through a free 3-day shipping on a future order or equal compensation through discount on an order.


jwo02, just send a PM to JAM, or even call him on the phone and talk it over with him. He's a good guy and will make it all good for you.
 
My other order has been in processing so long because it is in backorder. For those curious the product is CEL M-drol and it is being replaced at no additional charge with Monsterdrol, even though I think a bottle of Monsterdrol actually costs more.


That is something out of their control and I'd like to say that JAM is a good guy to work with. I see why you guys like him so much.
