Jack Johnson can't hold a turd to DMB. I'm not the biggest fans of any of the college music scene but Jack Johnson is nowhere near DMB. Nor is John Mayer, etc. Doesn't mean they aren't lame, but DMB is head and shoulders above any others.

I'm not a fan of either but both are very talented. I dislike the crowd base JJ draws. Bunch of upper middle class white kids that want to be tree hugging hippies and live like Ghandi. Meanwhile they all carry 300 dollar cell phones and drive SUV's that knocks the socks off most 30 yr olds cars. Most say they're vegetarian also. Why is it that the past 3 'vegetarians' I've met eat meat once a week? The typical Jack Johnson fan is def on my shitlist.
