i've never used cutting gel, but i believe they are differnet. i think the cutting gel helps get rid of sub-q water while yohimburn helps by inhibiting the effects of estrogen on fat deposits. it blocks the A2 receptors which in turn allows you to burn the fat in these "trouble" spots more easily.

Dude, you and i have the same prob. At 19% BF i weigh 197lbs (thanks to the Fina). I can't get lean naturally- just don't have the genetics :bawling: . I collect fat in the same spots. I've lost 15 or more lbs but i still have a gut, love handles, and some fat around the nips (none of which is gear related). IMO it's time to poor on the juice, and pack on muscle to make yourself appear to be leaner! Oh, maybe i might try the Yohimburn gel too- just in case it really does work. :p

Cardio 3 times a week is NOT enough to meet your goals. Bump up your cardio to 5 times a week 30 mins to 1 hour. Do this first thing in the morning.

I would also suggest NYC/ECA/Clen cycled every two weeks. Yohimburn may help you as well. I'm doing this and I'm very happy with the results.

How long have you been taking Rip Fuel? NYC would probably be a good change for a few weeks.

NYC is really an amazing product.
