I've never used...

Guys, I'm interested in starting a cycle, but I've never used and I actually haven't been around anyone else that has either, so I really know nothing about anabolic steroids. I have no problem putting on size or gaining strength. I'm actually pretty big. My problem is body fat percentage. I'm probably somewhere in the 15%-20% range. So, what should I take to help lower that? Can anyone explain in detail what I would need to do, how to inject, how to cycle and especially what kind of results I should expect over a certain amount of time. Any information would be appreciated.

diet

try an alternating 2 week cycles of ECA and clen with cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach 4/5x a week for 30-45 min. cut out all sugar from your diet and try to set a time each night that you will not eat any carbs after that time. (ie: i will not eat any carbs after 7pm) drink at least a gallon of water a day. if you seriously give it a shot for 4-6 weeks you will notice a big difference

sk*'s just grumpy, cause he's on all the time!

Do some research, talk to some mods, and take your time. If you're already strong, and big, then diet a little to take off some weight, while your doing your research. Look up winstrol, Fina, clen, T3, ECA's, NYC, and other thermogenic or non-water retention steroids. Good luck!

See, I already eat clean. So far this morning I've had 3 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal and skim milk for breakfast, right after a serving of Ripped Fuel. I took a half serving of Cell-Tech around 8:30 Then I had a chicken breast around 10am. I'm about to go eat a couple more chicken breasts with some brown rice. I've been eating like this and taking thermogenic supplements since December. I have noticed a considerable difference, but it's in certain spots that the fat is still apparent. The two worst are my obliques and the under-outter sides of my pecs. I know you can't spot reduce, so I've been doing cardio 3 times a week, and I lift 6 times a week. Maybe I'm just expecting too much too soon.

im in the same boat as you bud... i have dropped 30lbs in 4 months and have gotten really lean everywher except for a few pounds around my waist (lower abs and lovehandles) and some fat on my lower/outter pecks. apparently this is where our bodies like to store fat and it will be the absolute last place it comes off of. it WILL reduce over time, but you more than likely will have to lose an extreme amount of fat to actually get rid of these pockets. they are most likely E related and you can take things to help such as an anti-E (femera/arimidex), yohimburn, oral-yohimbine, etc.
if you're not giving your body ENOUGH food, it'll go into starvation mode and you'll have an even harder time losing the fat since the body will be trying to hold onto everything it can get. make sure your getting ~1.5grams of protein / lb each day. try to cut out more carbs and try to pay more attention to not eating fats & carbs at the same meal. (ie carbs & protien = good, fat & protein = good, fat + carbs = more body fat) also watch labels and try to stay away from saturated fats, trans fats, etc.
do a search on unsaturated fats. there are poly-unsaturated and mono-unsaturated. i cant' rmember off the top of my head which is good and which isn't, but it does help. also consider adding flax to your morning shake and maybe save the oatmeal for an addition to one of the other meals each day.

Try mixing supplements. Like I use Myoplex and on the odd times I add ECA. Man that shit helps me cut-up like Ron Colmon.

I had never heard of Yohimburn. Do you guys think it really works? I've seen ads for Cutting Gel. I guess it's pretty much the same thing, right?
