I'll be getting some severance pay, but it will require me working on a few projects from home (the kind of projects I enjoy doing- and it will be working with someone I enjoy working with).
He gave me a card, which was very nice, and admitted that he knows he's extremely difficult to work with/for.
no lunch, but the 2 months pay to stay home and do a little work there made up for it.
redguru said:2 months severance? Damn, you're good.
stilleto said:i've worked here for 14 years.
and known my boss since I was 6.
redguru said:Even so, you're quitting, he's not letting you go. Severance is not in order. I would expect a severance equal to 1 week per year of service if I was being canned.

Looks like someone saved the dress ala Monica
