Really quick Q for you re: carbing up for a heavy workout.

I lift at night 7 or 8pm, should I start to carb up the day BEFORE or the DAY OF, since I work out so late?

How did you get promoted like that? Who determines what it says there? I've seen some strange stuff for ppl under there.

My guess regarding the carbs would be eat them up until you work out - so, yes, the day of.

But if you read the thread on carbs for burning fat, you will probably get a headache like KBgrl did & still end somewhat confused like I did. I think it comes down to... there's no one RIGHT answer & everyone is different & you need to experiment.

Just stuff that Pie-HOLE ;)
