I was working out clean for 5 days a week. I followed the ironman confusion routine and was feeling great. I took in about 2gm/lb of protein, allowed for proper recuperation time, and supplemented with things like creatine, glutamine, Multi, and EFA's. It was about a month through the program when i was about to start the new routine when i started feeling tired all day. I still hyped myslef up on ephedra and that kin of crap just to get myself into the gym. Then one day i almost fainted in the gym due to a terrible preasure headache and it was all down hill from their. I am a hard gainer and i lost about 15lbs off my 145lbs frame. I currently weigh about 133lbs and want my freggin body back!
