...pretty much all afternoon....it's awesome. I have quite a bit of free time lately, and I'll tell you why (whether you care to know, or not). I've been stuck at home, on crutches for the last 2 weeks. I've been running with some nasty shin splints for the last couple o' months. They suck. Anyone who's ever had them can attest to this. Any-who...while running in our monthly PFQ (fitness test), I felt a "pop" in my right shin, and subsequently tumbled to the ground. It was hilarious...for the spectators, that is. I couldn't straighten my leg, couldn't stand up...nothing. I was taken to the hospital where X-rays and an MRI were taken. The diagnosis? I have severe stress fractures in my right tibia and I tore my calf from the tendon/bone, almost completely. As it turns out, my frame wasn't built to handle my 225lbs of sexual tyrannosaurus...fuckin' steroids. Anyway, so I'm hobbling around on freakin' stilts until I'm healthy enough to go back. Isn't that awesome???
