Apple just signed a deal with AOL as well - and Pepsi.

Hot damn. iTunes is great - were I not already turning into a Mac fag, I would be even more psyched about it being on Windows now.

That's good news. iTunes is the only thing I like about Mac. Otherwise, I'm ready to throw this damn iBook I have to use at work, out the window on a daily basis. Now I will be able to use iTunes at home!!!!

I have long hated Macs - but I'm actually switcing - my current laptop is dying so I'm going all gay and getting one of the new Alum books. If I don't like it, I can just put Linux on it.

I think in terms of Apple, the iTunes stuff is the best money making idea that they have had yet. Everything about it is a good idea to me. They should be able to make good money off of that - very low overhead on that.

Now that they aren't limited with their one killer app to their own platform, they are essentially going to kick ass.

They are marketing via Pepsi, which I hate - but giving away 100 million songs. That is huge.
