As of late I have been doing this: At my place of business I will run incentive programs for the members who participatein a certain number of hours in the gym. Well, the rewards come out of our budget of course and mostly revolve around "gift certs" to really nice restaurants. I have got probably around $500 bucks worth of restaurant gift certs in my possession that will never be missed, and when those run out I'll get some more.
