He doesn't so much agree with the statements that rape is not about sex but instead about power. Although I think that his arguments are defined towards certain types of rape.

It's been a while since i've read the studies, but I do recall that a lot of the research being done in the last few years has pointed to the theory that rape is more about sex than it is about power.
It's also been theorized that rape is genetically encoded behaviour in certain males.
