I need a date for a wedding. There's always men at Elite that are desperate for a date, so here you go. My stupid date got a date before he knew he was my date. Okay, so that's what I get for assuming my best friend has no life. Then my other stupid option has a stupid business conference he has to go to instead.

Applications will be taken and considered. (Except for SSME...don't even try.)

I have another wedding the day after this one that I don't mind going by myself to. But this one, there will be sleazy single guys there that I really don't want to have to deal with. I've dealt with one or two of them enough as it is. I've got 2 weeks to find someone to act as my shield. :) It's funny how a little black book (or in my case cellphone) never seems quite so unhelpful as when you actually need it.

Last night, I called up one of my friends, thinking there was no way he would tell me no. He told me no. He said he hates weddings and would be miserable. Oh, he added on that he doesn't dance. The open bar did nothing to curb his overwhelming enthusiam, even when I promised to only have one or two. He said that he would go if I had no other options and if he can get off work. I do feel a bit bad though making him go, even when I know he'd be miserable. Not enough to go by myself, but enough to try other avenues first.

BTW, big4life, it's July 9 at 7ish (I'm not sure of the time.) What time should I expect you? :angel:

It would have to be the day I go back to work after July 4th break. :(


If they can move the date up a couple days I would be there in a heart beat.

I was thinking that it would be worth the drive to meet a beautiful lady :verygood:

open bar sounds good.

i'm not allowed to put out, so keep your dress down.

i get funnier as i get drunker. really. i'm not one of those people that just thinks they are funny when they are drunk.

Ok, I checked my schedule I am free during that time (I'm booked for the weekend of the 4th and have a date to take with me then already), but you will have to cover my plane ticket and my tux. I expect to be fed very well aslo. I eat steak and green veggies at every meal due to my diet.

Well if you want quality it isn't cheap. You could get off easy and settle for someone like Crak or Y lifter, like everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

Also, despite the rumors I am not a cheap hoe. Don't expect me to put out just becuase you cover my plane ticket. I like to be wined and dined, and to be shown a good time befroe you get into my panties. Steak works best... new york strip... with broccoli.... and a diet dr. pepper.

I actually bit the bullet tonight and called my ex. He's a hell of a dancer and actually we stayed friends so we'll see. He has to check his work schedule, but he's supposed to call tomorrow.

My best friend was trying to convince me that I tried to have a 3some when we went to the Bahamas in March. I deny it, I wasn't that drunk, lol. Anyway, if I showed up with a girl, he'd probably think he was at least partially right about me. But I would have the prettiest date there. :)

actually, no. i worked for a few years as a cook. we had a gay waiter. every chick there loved him, and he was good friends with quite a few of them.

i was underage at the time, so i didn't get to witness this personally, but every now and then a bunch of guys i worked with would hit up a bar up the street and our gay waiter would be there with 15 female friends, all hot.

oh yeah, that bastard wouldn't ever hook me up with any of his female friends.

i've seen it other times too, but for the most part i was just generalizing.
