I like Halloween, but I am simply too busy to do anything. . . finishing up research and preparing for job interviews is more important than a party at this point.

Well aren't you just the scrooge of Halloween? I for one am very excited about it being Halloween. Today at work I am inadverdently dressed up as a "moron who wore the same outfit as my co-worker". Though to be honest, he and I do this on other days of the year as well. And tonight, I am first going to hand out candies to all the little buggers in the neighbourhood, and then go out for some dancing in my devil outfit and hopefully have a reason to use my cool pitchfork on someone.

Well I guess we're both dressed in our own gender's clothes, but of the same colour.. and my sweater is a bit tighter.

In honor of this gracious holiday, which falls a day after my friend's birthday, I went out and had a 'fire in the hole,' which is a shot of sambuca with some tabasco sauce. Then I followed that with a shot of Basil Hayden's bourbon. That shit be smooth.
