It's been 5 days after my chest workout.
Usually I'm really sore for the first 2-3 days, 4th day it's pretty much gone.

Heh.. . it's day 5 and the pain is Increasing. I love this. Hopefully I will set a record.
 
I would start to get worried if my muscles couldn't recover by at least the 3rd day.... I mean 5 days is quite a lot, get sure that you have not injured.
 
I guess I'll just enjoy it while I can since it won't be here forever.

Did you do anything different on your chest workout? More volume? More intensity than normal? How about your diet? Eating enough protein? Getting enough rest? :-p If it's not one of these that are causing the problem, then I'm clueless.
 
Everything has been consistent, I visit Satan during each set.

It's feeling worse, it's a bitch even typing this. I don't know what the deal is either.
 
Yes, I do realize that my previous post made absolutely no sense what-so-ever.

But - The picture of Mr. Belvedere grinning like a Maniac made it all worth it. Although my chest feels torn to shreds, I feel Great now.
 
At first I thought Mr. Belvedere was just part of your overall weirdness. But now that I look, REALLY look at his shining upper teeth, I don't seem to be able to stop. ........damn.
 
I just got back from the doctor and after examination and x-rays of chest cage he said that I tore 60% of the muscles in my chest.
I am going to need surgery which will be done tommarow. Won't be able to touch a weigh for 6 months he says. Fuck.

Just messinm, I made that up. My chest is 85% recovered now. I guess I was being a little midget pussy.
