WTF? Say something dammit. Talk to The Bone. I don't watch college football and the Yankees game is postponed until tomorrow. So, nothing on TV for me. I have two hours until I go to the Gym for the Killer Back Routine.

ok...makes sense now. :) cook me up something man i'm starving. I'm fasting right now though so i can't even eat for another 6 and some hours. :rolleyes: Oh well i'm already losing some weight and its only been about 3 days on the fast. :evil: I kind of like fasting + lifting. See alot of results! even though i don't know how my body is really taking it.

Dude, I've conumed 3,000 calories, ate 5 times and have two more meals left.
This does't include pre and post workout shakes. :Chef: :tuc:

don't talk about yummy calories i'm hungry over here! I wake up around 7 AM. No food until almost 7 PM (around 6:35-6:40). Then i eat a meal usually a plate of some rice/meat and a different appetizer usually (some arabic hummus or something). Then i rest up about an hour. Hit the gymbo from 8:30-9:45. come home - take PW shake. Then drink about a gallon of water at night. then maybe a bowl of cereal before i sleep. I'd say the MOST calories i take in while fasting per day are about 1500. i'm going to do cardio today. Hopefully i can burn about 350 cals then sauna it up for a good 15 minutes. :Chef:
