Hey everybody, Im back. I have made significant improvements. I am now at 11% fat, by caliper. I am losing some weight though, I hope its just fat. My strength has increased greatly. I just started on 4 sets of eight last week, it took some time with the light weights to get the muscles to handle the weight increase. So my total fat loss over 8 weeks is about 7% and I reached my first goal, now its time for 6%.
