6'2". I have a very small bone structure. Wrists are 6.5, so I look 10-12 pounds haevier than I really am.

Currently I'm 213 but bodyfat is around 9% due to recent stage performances which limited my gym time to 8 workouts in 6 weeks.

Looking to be around 225 ~8% by Feb.

Actually, I doubt it'll make that much difference on me. I'm an ectomorph but I have a large bone structure, wide set. Best way I can describe it.
