Itchy nipples, took nolva...

IF I'm taking enough nolva, they'll stop itching right???


I took 60 the first two days.

should I drop to 40,30, or 20.

I guess my question is, how do I know I'm taking enough?

Keep goin at 60mg till symptoms subside. You may need to as high as 80mg, Then you can back it off. In my experience though, it may not cause the problem to stop, but may keep it from getting worse.

Yeah anytime I've had sore nips I started taking 20 mgs. a day and after about 2-3 wks. they stopped but I continued taking it.

Continue at 40 or what?
