I can't remember ever having to scratch my balls, yet there are some guys i see who can't seem to stop scratching them.

There is a guy here at work who is forever, adjusting or scratching his balls.

Actually i lied, i scracthed my balls in front of a hot art teacher when i was in high school as a way of seducing her, but that was intentional.

I would bet you are seeing nothing more then a mere adjustment 99% of the time. This could also be confused with the ball check.

I shave my sac and everything else around...never had the "itch" or "hand down my pants" syndrome. Maybe its because my g/f spends half her day down there cleaning them and polishing them.

If you want to get rid of the "Itch" or "hand down the pants" syndrome, I suggest getting a chick or a guy -if that's your preference- to do some sac to mouth activity. That should take care of any problems you might have.
