itching to get back in the gym

If i feel 100% tomorrow would it be ok to start up again? I was pretty sore saturday night but i ate a ton and downed lots of protien shakes and glutamine. Somewhat sore today but barely...monday i should be 100%

The gym is calling me and being that it is about 50 feet away i can't resist much longer

what do you guys think?

do that today? or on monday instead of lifting?

lol...the contest day is alot easier than actual event days for me

i only do the events once and i'm not doing any max effort work in the gym so i am fresh.

i would still take a week off and just rest. i remember i did the same thing and still trained but then during that week i strained my shoulder which told me to take the week off like i was supposed to. tb
 
i would do the ar with mini's today....the whole point is to get blood to the muscles and joints that are torn up. I would do full body ar for today and tomorrow, take tuesday off and start back on wednesday
