itch dry skin from clen? anyone get this

yea training my ass off.....cardo 40min am and 40min pm 5 days a week the other 2 its only one cardio a day

lift 6 days a week .......

Your body takes a while to adjust to clen. You could try cycling off for 3 days then cycling on again. Never had skin problems but at 160mcg I had fucking crazy back pains & sometimes when training the pumps were so painful I had to stop & rest before going on. Shit stuff but effective in preserving hard ass gains when cutting or going off cycle. I have also used it in a "bulking stack" with quite good results.

I would cut the liftind down a day jon you would be putting on more size i promise

try doing 3 day splits for this purpose: you will realize that your body needs a day or even more (not to mention science and studies prove it ) to fully recover and ALLOW you to do your full MAX strength

but still glad its working just offering suggestions

reason i do that is it keeps me sane.....been through alot of shit and the gym helps keep the stress down

i do need to chill so i can heal up though.....all i did was cardio today so i took it easy bc i could not find a bodypart that was not sore
 
Side effect from Liver stress bro........I'm supposing you are cutting all carbs....get some fat to your diet from flax seed oil.........
 
I had the same exact problem last time I used Clenbuterol.
It was itchy and dry, and was driving me insane at night when I was trying to sleep.

During the particular cycle with it, my fat intake was probably a little too low, and I wasn't taking as much Flax and Fish oil. I also was taking slightly more than I have taken in the past.

I added more of the suplements back in and some nuts and a little more olive oil into my diet and it did get better.

I was putting every lotion I had on with no relief! lol.

But like what a few other ppl said maybe check your carb intake, and add some Omega 3's into you diet if you aren't already.

I also bought some aloe juice and rose water, put it in a pray bottle and kept it in my fridge. I spray down after the shower and before putting lotion on and it also really seems to help. I'd say 50% Aloe, 40% mineral water, 10% rose water. You should try it.

I feel for ya though!
