cold as hell and snowing out side I want to stay in bed all day but I got to hit the gym sometime...

It's suppose to snow here too. Already looking like it's starting any minute. Luckily I went to the grocery store yesterday. Now it's off to the gym.

Telling you this has been the highlight of my day thus far.

its nice where i am. -6 today
 
6-12 inches supposed to come down here. high today of 17.

the bed has flannel sheets and a down comforter. i'll be warm and cozy.
 
I just knocked out 45 on the treadmill, now i'm gonna sit on my ass for a few hours then do some Back later on.
