I tell myself when I wake up at 6:40 am for work that I'll come home and either take a nap or go to bed early enough to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Well, neither happened tonight, or the night before, or any night before a workday. I need to get some good sleep, especially after grueling workouts. There should be a pill to take for complete energy and immune system restoration, once a day, or whenever needed. I just get caught up in stayin up due to the random or routine going-ons of the evening. Well, I'm gonna go to bed now, and hopefully I'll be able to clock 7 hours.
