IT Experts?

So my work is clamping down on internet use, and the IT department is out on a hunt to find out who is looking at Elite Fitness as well as the bazillion other sites my coworkers look at. In case this issue gets ugly, is there anyone in here who works in an IT department that I can speak with via email/pm? Sorry I know this is in the wrong forum most likely but there isn't an IT forum on Elite so if you coudl let it sit for this evening before moving it that would be BIG help. I need some help fast. yes but I have heard that it might show up as the actual page being viewed regardless of the webaddress. That is one question I have.

I believe there is something you might have to sign up for for the hidden IP address. Maybe a MOD or VET can chime in here. By the way, I sent you a PM explainnig the whole IP address, proxy server issue.

ZGot it and yes there is a secret page I used no worries there. SOme other more technical issues to worry about. I love and yet hate computers.
