I was thinking about that too, this is what we get for supporting Israel, Israel has done NOTHING for us, Israel basically is sucking out money from the US which is Israels sugar daddy, and thus with all the money goin away our economy is suffering.
And people dont realize, that one of the MAJOR REASONS WE GIVE MONY TO EGYPT IS TO BE FRIENDLY TO ISRAEL.
Please some one tell me why, we support Israel this much?

Not that it matters, but I wonder what other inventions have had such an impact in the world as we know it. In my original post I included alot of the key inventions in modern time that have changed the way this world works. Even in backward ass countries like Afghanistan they had or used every single one of these inventions to some degree (exept maybe nuclear power). Which is why I can't stand all these muslim countries saying they hate America when they enjoy the fruits of what this great country provided.

Good gracious.... I feel like I am the only Pro-Isreal, Jewish Democrat in this whole goddamned place!!
Anyhow- FONZ.. I think your a cool dude.. But I have to say that I don't agree with you... It's 2:30 in the morning, and I don't have the energy to get into the facts right now. I am real into politics, and follow it quite closely- as much as my 21 year old beer soaked brain will allow- but there is two sides to every story. And that is, and always is the fact. Regardless.
You see, it seems often to be Democrat vs Republican. Of course, all of the Republicans in all the brances of government are basically "Pro_Isreal." This is because this is US POLICY- rather than a partisian issue...Basically always has been. However, you see the majority of Jews tend be on the left side of the political spectrum, or Democrats (expect for retarded Ben Stein). And you see the white male, anti-jewish people on the right. Now I don't mean to stereotype-.
As Dennis Miller would say, "I don't mean to get off on a rant here,"but I am just tryin to prove how Isreali support is a US thing, not a partisan thing. However, when you look at it as a "people thing" like you and me, it seems to be very two sided. Alot of conservatives tend to think Jews are terrorist and are to blame, yes like ted turner, and liberals think that jewish support is 100% the way-it-should-be...
Remember this guys. You might think that Isreal are terrorist because they blow up some camel fuckers in Palestine...But remember that they are OUR allies... Remember the people they are fighting, even though they might use dirty tactics at times, are the same people that want america to suffer and for our capitalistic society to suffer with great pain. They kill our fucking innocent women in children with bombs and planes. They make millions upon millions of americans suffer. So if Isreal uses some terroristic "type" tactics to fight these people- SO BE IT!

Isn't the reason we're so hated by middle eastern countries almost entirely due to our unconditional support of Israel? That's quite the catch 22 you've given us...
