Has anyone heard or tries the stuff. I heard that it is supposed to be good it has Glycocyamine in it, they say Glycocyamine is ging to be bigger than Creatine? Anyone heard?

isomatrix has creatine in it. syntrax claims in their ads that isomatrix is protein you can feel. Well, to be more precise, it is the creatine you can feel. Of course, the ad doesn't tell you about the creatine. Sounds pretty misleading to me.

Isomatrix does not contain creatine, it contains glycocyamine, which is a creatine percusor.

It's a high quality protein powder that I'd definitely recommend. I've tried choc. and vanilla - Choc. tastes better.

I've heard Garden berry tasted best - I will try it next.
