I read an article about the dangers of anabolic steroids and some of the stuff they said were:

'The best thing that steroids can do is help those who use them to recover from their workout much faster than a natural bodybuilder. When natural bodybuilders need at least 48 hours rest before they train again in order to continue increasing their muscle bodymass, steroid users need just a few hours'

I know thts true but its not all it do.

Also it said you can identify a steroid user by:

a) Quick weight and muscle gain
b) Purple or red-colored spots on the body
c) Swelling of feet or lower legs
d) Trembling
e) Unexplained darkening of the skin
f) Bad breath
g) Increased aggressive behavior ("roid rage")

Like most articles against steroids, they may have some facts thrown in with the fiction, but they always tend to over exaggerate things.

BTW, I've never seen any polka-dotted Barney looking dudes with dinosaur breath training at my gym.

Only time I've seen that is Jay Cutler in his training video's. Your right about the exaggerating. I have one question if steroids are so bad why do they give them to sick, dying people with aids? And if they don't work why are they banned from most sports?

Same here.Never seen any steroid useres with spots.Dunno why people are so anti-steroids.Has anyone taken a shot of test and died of overdose before?I dont think so...
