Just making sure . . . Post cycle tips (post #1)

Tomorrow will be my first week off of 500MG Test EN & 500MG EQ. Can you hear the crying - that is me . . .

Anyhow, going to start the following clomid regimen in two more weeks. Anything else I should do?

300 mg day 1. 100mg 3 times
200 mg day 2. 100mg 2 times
100 mg for 2 weeks 50mg 2 times
50 mg for 1 week 50mg 1 time

Put on nearly 18lbs on this cycle. could have done better but started slacking with the holidays.

Any other tips let me know . . .

Reply I got:
One: You're going to crash anyway.

Two: If you do no other cycles, in 6 months time you'll be luck to have kept 5 pounds from that cycle.

If you kept the dosages down and the length short, you'd gained 10 pounds, kept 5, recover faster, and wouldn't need the clomid.
 
The people that gave you those replies are fucking idiots.

Your clomid plan looks good, keep with it. If you can get your hands on some HCG, run it immediately untill you start clomid, it will help get your natural test running.

I would say your most likely to keep more mass from a small gain cycle than a large gain cycle. Also if your not training and eating up to snuff your less likely to maintain gains after cycle. Some guys must be doing something wrong when they lose a lot of gains and arent very large to begin with, im currently 245ish have been off cycle for months and still maiking progross, to put that into perspective I was 175lbs when I started training at 19 or so.
 
Like Zyg said, if you don't keep the cals up and clean post cycle yes you will probably lose a lot. Keep it in check and you should be fine.

Depends on what the 18lbs consist of, personally the weight that is often reported is mostly due to water retention anyway. But if you are an avid lifter and have been for some time then you are likely many lbs over your natural untrained size. With that in mind how many cycles do you honestly think you can do and consistantly add and keep 18+ lbs? Lets be real here, I cant honestly even comprehend cycling at my current size and adding and keeping 18lbs per cycle if that we possible and the norm everyone would be a 300lb monster in a year.
 
I would start using clen your first day of clomid. Maybe even a day or two before. Use the stuff with ketofin so you can run it for a few weeks.

You could also start taking some creatine to try and help hold some weight on.
