I am trying to make myself a diet and one of my meals is 850 calories, 52 grams of protein, and 19 grams of fat.
Even with the 19 grams of fat from this one meal, my total fat intake is still below 40 grams.
I am just wondering if that is too much to be earting at one time, and if I should make that meal a bit smaller and add it some place else in the day.
