What I like about www.proteinfactory.com is the fact that you can mix whatever blend you want. I go with 50% ion exchanged whey, 25% microcellar casien, 20% egg white and 5% whole egg. No one else will do that for you.

I also recommend going with the bland powder so you can mix in your own flavors. Nestles' Quik. Mmmm

Try the isolate too...it's (ATW) the only protein powder I use.....the vanilla is awesome, choc is supposed to be unreal too!
