Ok,
I have been reading all the post the last couple months. I am 35yrs old 160lbs. 6' tall. 32" waist. I have a close friend that has been talking to me about doing a cycle. mainlt test.
What I want to do I dont think is possible.
I want to Bulk up ( not alot maybe 10lbs) but i want to get my waist and abs cut down. I know this is a stupid question but i would rather gather my advice from people who have traveled the same path and have knowledge, rather than a buddy that says alot of test and has no clue of PCT. He gets huge then 3 months after his cycle its almost gone..
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

how's your diet? you can do a test only cycle and gain 10 or more lbs and keep you abs, hell, you are already thin with a small waist, you'd probably have to gain a LOT more than 10 lbs to start seeing your waist size increase, just keep your diet in check and you'll be fine
 
I know i am thin. but for some reason when i slack on my training the abs and waist are the first to go. Right now i am eating
4 boiled eggs, 2 wheat bread, morning
2 wheat peanut butter/jelly sandwiches snack
2 chicken breast grilled wheat bread lunch
protien shake 2 scoops and g-recovery amplfy. afternoon snack
steak or chicken and white rice and some type of veggie or salad.
protien shake 2 scoops before bed and after i train
I usually train after 6:00pm m,t, off wed, th, fri, sat,sun treadmill.

Ditch The White Rice For Brown Rice And Ditch The Pbj Sandwiches If You Want To Try And Keep Those Abs.
