ok, i started a derma "cycle" two weeks ago. Now for a little back history of myself.

in the past until about 1.5-2yrs ago i had a really bad issue with some OCD shit. it was things nobody would ever probably notice unless i told them, but it was def. an issue. about 3 years ago i started working on stopping this things one by one and have pretty much stopped all but a couple.

nothing and i mean nothing has changed in my life recently besides adding derma to my other supps. for the past week i have been getting these OCD habits back, almost like anxiety is making me do this shit again. is it possible that derma is strong enough to do this?

btw-none of the OCD stuff is crzy person stuff, just routine things i do and if i don't it drives me crzy. plus i'm a much more organized person when i do them!!!! lol

i suppose it is possible that a chemical/hormonal change can re-trigger your OCD. can't be sure, but it seems like it could happen, but likely not the culprit.
