Good Bro
Well Im a 25 yr old Female. I weigh 165 lbs and 5 3' and I think the last time i got my bf measured it was Round 25 - 27 %.

I weight train with my husband 4 to 5 days a week and do aroung 30-45 min of cardio afterwards 4-5 times a week.

Was searching the forums here for a healthy diet and found the one where you take your weigh and multiply by 12 then subtract 200 if you want to lose and then divide by 33.3%.

Just wondering if this is right 1780 calories
150 g Protein
150 g Carbs
60 g Fat

Please give me some info to see if I need or should change anything Personally I think the fat is way to high so please let me know

thanks

here ill give u an xample of how i figure it out..ill use ur daily caloric intake
40% protein 30% carbs 30% fat

1780 x .40=712
712 divided by 4=178 gm of protein one gm of protein=4 calories

1780 x .30=534
534 divided by 4=133 gms carbs one gm of carbs=4 calories

1780 x .30=534
534 divided by 9=59 gms of fat one gm of fat=9 calories

hope this helped

protein should always be higher than carbs-for a woman who I assume is trying to lose weight, carbs should be 30g a day or less mon-fri with a weekend carb up- or if you don't want to restrict them so much, make 70% of your calories protein,20 carbs...-protein should be 1.5 to 2 x body weight(if you weigh 150, eat at least 220g protein a day)

would it change anything if I had a slow metabolism. If so which shall I change.

For example I went on my honeymoon for a 2 week cruise and gained 5 lbs. I was eating like a normal person but not watching what I eat like when I am at home. I also was drinking pretty heavily Frozzen drinks with cream and stuff so I know that was a prob also but IM only gonna get married once so i enjoyed myself

:D

The frozen drinks will do it to ya! Also could be a certain amount due to water retention. If you were enjoying salty food especially. I think you can actually only store 1/2 lb fat per week (but don't quote me)

I dont know what it was but i enjoyed alittle bit of everything those two weeks alittle too much sometimes hehehehe
