Large salad W/ 2TBL dressing or 1-2 cups veggies

Supplements:

7 keto musclelean for fat burning /thyroid support.

I am very dizzy today. started diet yesterday and was a little dizzy. but today when standing up or becoming really active, i am very light headed. could it be from lower carbs than what i was used to? No sugars?

It is certainly possible that your dizziness could be from withdrawl from sugars, etc......

Have you input the foods into a site like www.fitday.com to see if you're getting enough of P/C/F??

I don't know what's in your supps, but could be something in those causing dizzy spells, especially if there is anything thermogenic in there.

That's very close to the same diet I'm on --- it ends up being around 1900-2000 calories, macro split of 50/20/30. The carbs are a bit low if you aren't used to it. I don't think there's any stimulants in the supps either. My guess would be the carbs - depending on what your body has been getting over the last few days prior to starting this diet.

Yup I agree could be the lack of carbs or sugars... I know on my low carb days I tend to get dizzy spells every now and then so I usually have to add in a handful nuts at that time
