Hey guys,

I was pinning into my right delt just now.
Normal routine but this time, the needle dont seem to go in easy so i gave it a little push and it went in painless but it felt like breaking thru something when i gave that push.
after pushing in 1.1ml..while pulling out the needle, a jet of blood spray out (which never happen before!) and there's a lot more blood than normal....is this normal?
I meant i have been pinning delts for a lot of times, the most is a little blood dripped out but never a jet of blood spraying out.
does this also mean that whatever i have injected is wasted with the blood??

Well the reason that happened is you probably have built up scar tissue that you broke through. Just switch spots for a while and rub out your shoulder with a lacrosse ball to break up the scar tissue

i thought scar tissue built up when you have years of pinning...this is only my second cycle.
does scar tissue cause the blood to spray out...it kinda freak me out a little seeing so much blood for once....

if you pin the same spot over and over and over then yes will obviously build scar tissue up very quickly.. doesn't matter how many cycles you've run .

now you mentioned, I did notice I aim for more or less the same spot at the delts...maybe I should move the spot up and down at times...I guess I will give delts a rest for a few weeks for now....
thanks!
