Is this NO2 nitric oxide arginine worth a shiznit?

I have a bottle of this NO2 stuff a buddy gave me and I havent used it . I looked on the supp board and couldnt find any info(not platinum)so I thought I would ask here. Sorry about that but nowhere to turn. Is it worth taking? what does it REALLY do? I know that hype but if I believed the hype of every product I would be broke and big as AWWNold! Can I get some help? It is the original NO2 that gnc sells the hell out of.

kinda thought I would get that response but .... I had a friend of mine(non bb er ) that said it worked for him. He said he could FEEL the pumps and stuff. I guess I should take it to gnc and trade it in on some protein and mega men vits

you can buy arginine dirt cheap which is pretty much the same thing as NO2..but they charge you 40 bucks!!!!

When you get up in the morning take 6 capsules out of the bottle and through them in the garbage. Repeat this process for 30 days until they are gone. If you do this you will get the same effect as if you took them as the bottle recommends.

I'm with Division on this one, sups are a waste of time and money.
