The cops gave me the guy's name who broke into and robbed my house. He's got a criminal record from previous arrests. Is this information public and can I get it on the net?

All I know is his full name and last known address (Town/state only).

I think if he had served time - not just probation - you could look on the Dept Corrections website and see his pic. If you got a hold of his pic, you could post it here and we would all make fun of him and wonder what kind of cycle he did in order to pry apart your burglar bars when he was breaking in.
