Is this hard enough work?

If you read my other post, you know that I am taking 500mg of sust a week for 10 weeks... Right now I am in the gym consistently for 4 HARD days a week... around 60-90 min each day, and I usually get a 5th day in as often as possible... Is this working my body hard enough? Using common sense -- I am sore after just about all my workouts, so in reality I would think I am on the right track... And is it still the right thing to do to work each body part just one day a week? or should they be done 2x a week? Thanks
 
I have been doing 2 body parts now for 5 years so 6 days a week, here and there I will drop one day, but for the most part, 6 days a week is normal 1:20 pretty much, I just got off of prop/tren/winny I swear I think I am small, if I could I would live in the gym.....6'3 221 14%-----18.5 arms, 48 chest, 34 waist my quads and calfs suck big cock, mainly because I have had many surguries on both of my knees and I have had compartment syndrome on my left leg (calf) try to do as much legs as I can though maybe 16's haven't measured them though.
As long as you are feeling sore and growth you should be golden
 
Awesome thanks... I know you are supposed to EAT A TON when you are on a cycle.. So I know I wont get cut, but I am hoping to fill out a lot and be a lot more solid... I am about 6'1 230lbs, My legs are huge though.. I am hoping to get to where I wanna be by the end of this cycle.. so.. I should have done measurements at the beginning but I didnt, I took pics... I am going to measure tomorrow that way I know what I gained by week 10... thanks..
 
I repair fast but the key is still tear and repair.
So go for as many days as you need to repair
 
Good luck bro, keep eating and lifting, it's addicting as hell, so is gear for that matter!
