If you read my other post, you know that I am taking 500mg of sust a week for 10 weeks... Right now I am in the gym consistently for 4 HARD days a week... around 60-90 min each day, and I usually get a 5th day in as often as possible... Is this working my body hard enough? Using common sense -- I am sore after just about all my workouts, so in reality I would think I am on the right track... And is it still the right thing to do to work each body part just one day a week? or should they be done 2x a week? Thanks
