With your bf at that level you couldnt tell from a pic if that is gyno or not. It is most likely fat as some of the others said.

What I would do is lose some fat first and if there still there, go see a doctor about getting them cut out and tell him that you got them from drugs other wise it will cost you money to have them removed. I'm not sure if this will work because I live in Canada and up here it works, but if I told them I was born with them, they would tell me I have to pay... Sounds stupid but very true.
