Is this gear legit?

Does anybody out there have any experience with either of these? I have been pounding the net trying to find info on them and have come up with nothing. I would just feel safer if at least someone has seen it before.

I can't see the brand, what's the brand on that? doesn't look like anything pharm grade - looks like a UG.

Any kind of danger. I just wanted some kind of confirmation before I stick myself, thats all. I wouldnt care if it wasnt the highest quality, i just want to make sure its not some kind of death in a bottle or something. Just trying to gain knowledge I have not been able to while searching on my own.
