Is this enough!

I'm trying to eat as much food as i can and i find myself eating alot of protein supplements! Heres what i are today
10:00-Nlarge shake
1:00-workout
3:00-Nlarge shake
5:00-Protein bar with a cup of peas
8;00-8 oz chicken breast with rice
10:00-8oz chicken breast with protein bar
12:00-protein shake
*2 gallons of water

I'm on 5 weeks of 30 mgs of dbol and 10 weeks of sust at 500mgs. I dont think this is 5000 calories however it is over 300 grams of protein and im 6'1 198 and on my 1st week. How do u guys get those calories i could go to fast food joints but there really high in fat would appretiate u guys opinions! thanks
 
It looks good to me, but then I have a hell of a time eating enough. And the problem is not my hunger. It's just that after two weeks or so of eating all I can, I get nauseous at the thought of actually eating.
 
TxLonghorn- that's were I'm at now. I feel hungry but I am sick of eating. Shakes taste like complete crapola and a man can eat only so many cans of tuna..

I sound like a bitch but Its real. I even started EQ to help but it hasn't seemed to.


flex2000- sounds about right but most vets have said to eat as much "real food" as possible. If I can find a decent flavored shake I'd be fine. Sounds like your getting enough as long as those shakes are at least 50g's of protein.
 
bro, you need real food. Ditch the morning nlarge shake for six scrambled eggs,
toast and milk, or something. Or, eat a real meal at 8:00 am, two hours before
your 10 am shake. I always see people emphasizing shakes and crap, while
neglecting the most anabolic oral out there....REAL FOOD.
