is this enough a-dex?

will be running 400 EQ/400 test e wk for 16 weeks. will be shooting 200 of each on monday and thursdays. do you guys think .25 arimidex ED will be enough? im not really gyno prone, and i dont mind a little bloat i just want to protect my body from too much estrogen. (i just read the liver tumor thread and got scared).

its a medium sized cycle..have you thought about keeping the a-dex and just using aifm, just in case of any serious gyno flaring? I love aifm because its less pills to take. I love it
