no its not... why would you finish a cycle with superdrol? your pct is not a pct... you will not recover at all... where are your supports for all the toxicity with the orals? no ancillaries? finishing with superdrol is a really bad option... taking yourself into pct with an oral like that is going to make recovery even harder, not to mention, you are not cleaning up your gains from your cycle with it like you could with winstrol... this is very incomplete and not very well thought out... you need to do a lot of changes...

yes definitely winstrol... you are fine with nolva, just as long as its not ran alone... n2guard is much superior to cycle assist... run hgenerate ES week 5-12...
