I posted this over at Meso but I'd like to get some feedback here.

Let's take a recent example. For a while and to this day this UG lab - Estilink -offers (3) different price lists. Price list #1 is average. There are much better deals out there with more established labs and Mex gear suppliers. Price list #2 has much better prices BUT you have to buy 5 bottles of that particular brand and compound to get that price. Price list #3 has INSANELY low prices BUT you have to buy 10 vials of that particular compound to get that price. You get the picture. Producing 1 is as easy as 10 provided it's dosed the same and it's the same compound, kind of like a cookie cutter effect.

Here's where we need to evaluate whether or not actual "scamming" occurred. Business is good for a while. People were happy; the lab was still turning a nice profit then all of sudden, unbeknownst to the UG lab one of the products gets tested. Ok, now the rubber meets the road. The product tests very poorly and comes in at less than half of the label claim. Was this an oversight or was it deliberate?

My take: Since this particular lab had a cookie cutter approach to manufacturing his gear where the product consisted of the same compound at the same dosage he stood to make out rather nicely by diluting his products and I believe this was deliberate. If it was intentional, which I believe it was then that is stealing. Stealing and scamming are synonymous.

Furthermore, although a lab might not be "saving" that much on materials cost by diluting gear given the price of powders vs the price of a finished product BUT they stand to hugely profit from selling underdosed gear once it's a finished product.

Here's an example:

Let's say a lab is running short on powder for a particular compound and is behind on orders. They only have enough powder to make 100 10ml vials of Test Enan 250mgs/ml but they have 250 10ml vials of Test Enan 250mgs/ml on backorder. They are over their advertised TA time and their customers are starting to complain. The solution to that problem is quite simple. If they dilute the compound by 60% they now have enough product to fill the backlog albeit at less than half of the label claim. But then again, who's going to find out, right?

This was one of the more entertaing respones. His basic contention here is that since Esti's gear is 80% cheaper than anyone else that is perfectly acceptable for him to underdose his gear by 60%. This has got to be one of the most ignorant fatal attempts to be logical as I have ever seen. His rationale here is so ridiculous it wouldn't even appeal to the intellect of a simpleton. His post doesn't even warrant any type of response but I couldn't resist.

Ouch quick someone grab a rag I think that numb nuts J.A. has just gotten smacked in the face by a realitively quiet shy guy. Man that really has to hurt you are the one who has been the scammer huh J.A. maybe we should talk some shit on you and your gear oh wait a minute that is right you don't have any gear. Hell you probably don't even take it shit you are probably like 5 foot nothing and like a buck O five LOL. Maybe you should get a fucking life man you shouldn't worry about who I order from and what I get just worry about your damn self and all will be ok and as for Esti I think he is a pretty stand up bro I mean shit he already proved you wrong You said he is gone Gone for good yet he comes back and posts again. Esti keep up the good work and what ever has happened in the past is in the past just move forward and right the wrongs. Hell I am waiting on a order from Esti right now and I ain't crying and whining. Shit I have fith in my homeboy sometimes his cominication is slow and Ta is long but he always comes through and I don't care if his shit is underdosed by 60% because his prices are still 80% cheaper than anyone else. Now when you want to put your juice were your mouth is and match his prices with some of the bad ass shit you supposedly take or get or what the fuck ever you ramble on about then I am sure everone will want to by from you like they do from Esti. Once again Estio keep doing what you are doing adn don't mind this fuck-wad J.A. oh and that stands for JAck Ass not Juice Authority.

scamming for sure. if they advertise 250mg/ml that is what the contents should be, five or take a few mg. period. the fact that they sell cheaper then everyone else doenst give them permission to underdose. why not just mark the bottle 100mg/ml and sell it for the same price?

I don't think one lab test should be enough to condemn an entire lab's product line and I see nothing wrong with volume discounts. It's probably safer for them to seel 1,000 units to one than it is to sell 100 units to 10 guys. If the underdosing is proven across the board you're a scammer no matter what.

I see what you're saying here but the cards are stacked against him.

1) The sample sent to the lab was an opened 10ml vial of Test Enan that supposedly contained 250mgs/ml.

2) Once the lab report surfaced he was MIA and orders were pending for over 2 months.

3) His advertised TA time on bulk orders (10 vials of a particular compound) was 1 month. People were willing to wait since the price per vial was incredibly low.

I think he simply ran out of powder and was well over his advertised TA time and decided to cut corners like most UG labs do in that position. His problem was that he got caught.

LMFAO .. JA bro .. you are all over it.
YOu are completely right ...

Is the most redicoulous thing I have ever heard. Sure .. it would be fine if he labelled it according to the dosages. Gear should meet labels claims period! Prices come second in my opinion. Accurate dosing is what is most important.
