Pro complex is the shit... 55g protein.

most all normal proteins 16-22gms PER SCOOP

procomplex....a WHOPPING 55GMS....(for 2-3 scoops)

man i could get paid.

id come up with the highest protein content. 100gms per serving. just take 4 scoops, 3x daily for maximum growth and recovery.
