Is this any good for me?

I dont kow too much about nutritional values. I eat these stuffed chicken breasts that I put in the microwave and they taste damn good. I was thinking about buying alot of them since there cheap and taste good. It sounds like its a little fatty but im just trying to bulk up right now. You guys think this is ok for me or should I stay away from this stuff.

For 2 chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli

Calories: 660
total fat: 40g
saturated fat: 12g
dietary fiber: 2g
protein: 46g
 
A little fatty? LOL No that's a lot of fatty. I would ditch em' bro. That 40 is a good bit esp. considereing that 12g of them are sat. I guess if it really fits into your daily macros, then so be it, but I would look for something healthier, preferably homemade. no matter how good your metabolism is, I still wouldn't eat that crap, all the preservaties and additives. Just not good for the body, bulking or not.
 
Buy the bags of plain frozen chicken breasts. Microwave them and season them with something like "grill mates" or whatever. It tastes good, its clean and healthy. Throw in some brocolli or whole grain rice and thats a good meal. Btw, all of this can be cooked in the microwave if u have restricted time, etc. Buy frozen bags of brocolli and put in a bowl of water in the microwave. Cook until tender and drain water off. Same with rice, just keep adding water and stirring until its tender. Hope this helps..

now see i think there is a varying debate here, because when bulk i eat eerything and anything, so i would eat those, but for me i can loose a lil bit of my 6 pck during a bulk but run for 2 weeks and do good abs an get it back along with maintinag a lot of my muscle gains during the bulk....

no if you are not like that and dont need a lot of cals to bulk, then dont eat them, but if ur like me you need to eat everything you can do bulk....

give us so more info about urself. remeber a lot o this is a science you gotta see what works for you

I appreciate your point of view genetics. Im pretty skinny, 6ft 172 lbs, so I figure whatever I eat will be ok because i need to put on some weight. But one thing that sucks, the last time I did half a cycle....i got some major fat/bloat in my tummy area. Maybe I just didnt try hard enough to get rid of it. Im a pretty hard gainer though and honestly im not really too worried about putting on fat. I just want some size, once i get that then i think i should worry about getting rid of the fat.
