I dont kow too much about nutritional values. I eat these stuffed chicken breasts that I put in the microwave and they taste damn good. I was thinking about buying alot of them since there cheap and taste good. It sounds like its a little fatty but im just trying to bulk up right now. You guys think this is ok for me or should I stay away from this stuff.
